The Pepu Layer 2 ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly, driven by community feedback, new tooling, and stronger project visibility. November & December delivered key upgrades across PepuSwap and PumpPad, marked the development and launch(soon) of our new developer hub, and wrapped up a successful Season 1 on Galxe. With Season 2 beginning shortly, we’re entering a phase of higher on-chain engagement and expanded collaboration across the ecosystem.

As we move into the new year, we will be exploring new ways to increase community participation across the ecosystem. This includes expanding our giveaway formats to feature multiple winners, multiple prize tiers, and more frequent engagement-driven reward cycles. These initiatives are designed to create broader opportunities for involvement while strengthening long-term ecosystem activity.

The developer page goes live tomorrow and will serve as the central hub for projects building on Pepe Unchained Layer 2. Active projects will begin appearing here, and through integration with HoRa we will be able to highlight trending projects based on community engagement and on-chain activity.

We are also exploring new ways to bring together all project roadmaps, development timelines, and upcoming releases into a single, easily accessible format for the community. The launch of the developer portal is the first step toward this goal, creating a unified space where ecosystem activity can be tracked, showcased, and discovered more efficiently. Further enhancements will continue to build on this foundation as we streamline how projects share progress, milestones, and future developments across Pepu Layer 2.

We are in the final stages of reviewing two newly selected FWB applicants. These projects will join the next wave of ecosystem-supported builders, with more information to be shared once the final selections are confirmed.

Major improvements shipped this month across PumpPad and PepuSwap:

• Performance upgrades
  → Images and UI assets load significantly faster across PepuSwap and PumpPad

• Blacklist added to PepuSwap
  → A highly requested community feature now implemented

• Featured section on PumpPad fixed
  → Ensures better project discovery and visibility

We are currently investigating several quality-of-life improvements for PumpPad based on community feedback. These include:

• Allowing users to enter the exact number of unbonded tokens they want to buy, rather than only entering the amount of PEPU to spend.

• Adjusting the behaviour of the “Max Amount” option so users are not required to leave a minimum balance of 1 PEPU in their wallet before selling.

• Improved chart integration added to PumpPad
  → Both bonded and unbonded tokens will have their charts updated and improved.

These items are being reviewed to determine the most effective and stable implementation approach, and further updates will be shared as work progresses.

Pepu Buy Bot will now be used to track PEPU buy orders, providing improved visibility into market activity and enabling clearer analytics for the community.
We will continue exploring additional ways to integrate ToshBot across the ecosystem to enhance real-time tracking, reporting, and user insights.
